To The Church Family:

I thank God for allowing me to lead such a wonderful group of people, whom I believe God will use to do extraordinary things in His power to impact this world for His glory. Thanks for your love and committment to the Lord and the work that He has purposed for us to do. Thanks for sacrificing your precious time, talents and treasures. These acts of faith demonstrate the unity and strength that occur when people come together to serve the Lord. Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Cor. 15:58). Continue to follow God as he directs your hearts, minds and souls. Thanks for the spiritual example of walking by faith and not by sight, but believing that all things are possible with God.

These are exciting days at the Church of Christ in Third Ward. God is blessing our church and we are growing. Because of this fact, we must expand our vision for our church. The Bible says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish" (Prov. 29:18). God has given us a vision. It has been planned from the beginning. Now it is time to make that vision a reality. All of us at the Church of Christ in Third Ward have an opportunity to play a significant role in such a vision.

To all of you, commit yourselves to praying for our success in the Lord. Thanks for believing that the Lord is calling His church together and knowing that there's only ONE God, ONE faith and ONE baptism. Let us not give up meeting together (Heb. 10:25), as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another.

As your minister, I challenge you to prayerfully consider what God would have you to do to edify and uplift in His name. May God Bless us as we strive to do His will.
